1. General 

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by you (hereinafter "you") with Hopea-Puro Ltd, (trading as 28602185), (hereinafter "Hopea-Puro" or "we") via the Hopea-Puro's website, mobile website, mobile app or telephone (collectively referred to as "hopea-puro.com").By using hopea-puro.com and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("terms"). Before placing an order, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms.An order may only be placed by a person aged 18 or over who is a resident of Finland and not a ward of a parent or guardian. The appearance of products or services on hopea-puro.com at any given time does not imply or guarantee that such products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. The terms and conditions displayed on hopea-puro.com at the time the order is placed will apply to the order.

2. Prices and shipping costs  

The prices displayed on hopea-puro.com include VAT, but do not include delivery charges.Delivery charges vary depending on the size or weight of the order. The costs of each delivery method are clearly indicated at the payment stage. See the delivery charges in the delivery terms and conditions. If we are unable to deliver the order as a whole and have to split it into parts, there will be no separate delivery charge for subsequent deliveries.

3. Ordering / concluding a contract  

You can place your order on the website hopea-puro.com, by email or by phone. For more information, please contact us at sales@hopea-puro.com.After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation [ if you have provided us with your email address]. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order in question, we will offer substitutes or endeavour to refund the amount in question in the same way as the payment was made. If alternative arrangements are necessary for any reason, a Hopea-Puro's representative will contact you regarding substitute products/refund.

4. Delivery 

Hopea-Puro will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver the order to your home address or a delivery location in Finland in accordance with the delivery method of your choice.Hopea-Puro will endeavour to deliver orders within three working days of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. With the exception of Made by Lotta and the Made by Heta collection. Jewellery from these collections may take longer to be delivered, due to the way the jewellery is made. 5. Cancelling the order

You can cancel or return an order from the date of order and no later than 14 days after receipt of the products ordered. If you have been charged for the products, you will receive a refund, not including the value of the delivery costs. If you keep certain products and only partially cancel your order, you will also not be refunded the shipping costs.You can find the full return policy at hopea-puro.com.If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing by e-mail to sales@hopea-puro.com or by letter to Hopea-Puro, Fransuntie, 62200 Kauhava or by completing and sending the standard form of the Competition and Consumer Office within the 14-day period specified in paragraph 5.1 above. You then have a further 14 days to return the products to us as set out in paragraph 6 (Returns) below. We will refund the money using the same method as was used for payment (or, if the products have not yet been paid for, we will include the return of the products in your account balance). We will refund your money as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice if we have received the products or proof of return.If the product you have received is faulty, please notify Silver Stream immediately. Hopea-Puro will send a replacement product or refund the money in full for products deemed faulty. The terms and conditions specified herein are without prejudice to any applicable statutory rights.

6. Returns 

Hopea-Puro refund the returned Products in accordance with paragraph 5 (Cancellation of Order), provided that all Products are returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means that the products must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than by fitting) and all labels and marks must be intact. The return policy also does not apply to customized magic engraved jewellery.For more information on returns, please see our returns policy.

7. Payment methods 

You can pay for the products in the ways described below. 

Payment before or on delivery:

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Credit or debit card

You can enter your payment details when placing your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The amount will be immediately charged to your credit card, but will only be debited upon dispatch of the products. Hopea-Puro reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the value of the order and the accuracy of the buyer's address details. We may reject orders based on the outcome of these checks.

Payment after delivery 

Invoice - payment within 14 days

A payment request will be sent to your email address once the order has been delivered. The invoice shows the total amount to be paid, delivery costs, and an invoicing surcharge of € 2.00. The total amount is shown without VAT and with VAT. The invoice is due 14 days after the invoicing date.

Credit check

Hopea-Puro reserves the right to review the "invoice" request and to reject or limit it, to request an advance payment or to propose an alternative payment method.

Payment delay 

If you pay by invoice and the payment is not made by the due date, a reminder fee of €8 will be charged for the first reminder and €8 per reminder thereafter. If the debt remains outstanding after at least one reminder, the entire balance is due immediately. Silver Puro is entitled to charge interest on arrears in accordance with the legislation in force after the due date.Order of paymentIf you choose to pay after delivery, the payments will reduce the debt in the following order: interest on the principal, principal, interest on expenses and then expenses.

Other 

Please note that Hopea-Puro reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.You are obliged to inform Hopea-Puro of your correct email address and of any change of your email address.

8. Our responsibilities 

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Hopea-Puro's 's liability in any jurisdiction where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.Hopea-Puro assumes no responsibility for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Hopea-Puro's, our employees or agents. We do not seek to exclude liability arising from fraudulent misrepresentation by Hopea-Puro's, our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we will only be liable for damages that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of that breach.Hopea-Puro will not be liable for consequential damages that are a side effect of a principal loss or damage, such as loss of profit or opportunity, or inability to supply products or perform our other obligations under these Terms, when that inability results from an event beyond our control, such as fire, flood, storm, riot, civil commotion, war, nuclear accident, and terrorist activity.Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with an order placed with hopea-puro.com is limited to the total amount of your order.If you have a problem with a product you purchased from hopea-puro.com and were unable to resolve your complaint with Hopea-Puro's , you may file a complaint with the EU Online Dispute Resolution website ("ODR Site"). The ODR website offers EU consumers and EU-based businesses the possibility to seek out-of-court redress for complaints about online purchases. The user-friendly and interactive website is free of charge and available in all official EU languages. The website allows consumers and traders to find a dispute resolution body and, once the complaint has been dealt with, a solution to the consumer's complaint. 9. Colors 

We make every reasonable effort to accurately present the properties of our products, including the composition and colors used. The color you see depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display those colors accurately.

10. Warranty 

If the products you buy are defective, Hopea-Puro will comply with all legal warranty rules. Steel jewellery is guaranteed for life and other products are guaranteed for the first year. We will replace the old product with a new equivalent product. If you wish to make a complaint about an apparent defect in the material or workmanship of a product supplied by us, including damage in transit, please notify us at sales@hopea-puro.com.

11. Transfer 

Hopea-Puro reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims, including instalments, arising from the delivery of the products.

12. Dismissal

If a court or agent declares part of these terms invalid or invalid, the other terms shall remain in force. 

13. Ownership 

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights in hopea-puro.com, remain with Hopea-Puro Ltd. Hopea-Puro Use of .com or its content, including copying or storing all or part of such content, is permitted to resellers by agreement.
