Return rights
Our products have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy. Products must be unused and unaltered. Returns do not apply to promotional and discounted products. Returns do not apply to extended or otherwise individually tailored jewellery. Please contact us via email sales@hopea-puro.com before returning your items.

Attach a note that shows the following information:
- returner's name and contact information
- your order number and order date
- reason for return/complaint and order date.
The customer is responsible for the postage of the product he returns. Please carefully pack the jewelry in bubble wrap, for example. If the case breaks during transport, we will charge the customer.
If you return a defective product, please return it without the case. We will primarily replace the defective product with a similar product or repair the defective product, monetary compensation will be agreed separately.
Warranty
All our jewelry comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you suspect that there is something wrong with your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible. All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace the old product with a new equivalent product. The warranty covers normal use of the jewelry.
