Our products have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy. Products must be unused and unaltered. Returns do not apply to promotional and discounted products. Attach a note that shows the following information:
- returner's name and contact information
- your order number and order date
- reason for return/complaint and order date.
The customer is responsible for the postage of the product he returns. Please carefully pack the jewelry in bubble wrap, for example. If the case breaks during transport, we will charge the customer.
If you return a defective product, please return it without the case. We will primarily replace the defective product with a similar product or repair the defective product, monetary compensation will be agreed separately.
All our jewelry has a satisfaction guarantee. If you suspect something is wrong with your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible. As a rule, our steel jewelry has an eternal warranty (unless otherwise stated for the product) and other products have a warranty valid for the first year. We will replace an old product with a new similar one. The warranty covers the normal use of the jewelry.
