After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation [, if you have provided us with your email address]. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for that type of order, we will offer substitutions or endeavour to refund the amount in question in the same way that payment was made. If alternative arrangements are necessary for any reason, a Hopea-Puro's representative will contact you regarding substitute products/refund.

Payment methods 

You can pay for the products in the ways described below. 

Payment before or at the time of delivery 

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

    • You can enter your payment details when placing your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The amount will be immediately charged to your credit card, but will only be debited upon dispatch of the products. Hopea-Puro reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the value of the order and the accuracy of the buyer's address details. We may reject orders based on the outcome of these checks.

Payment after delivery

    • Billing costs related to starter kit 2 € (VAT 0 %) 



Delivery options include Matkahuolto's Nearby parcel (for businesses also possible as Ovelle parcel) and Post's small parcel and pick-up parcel. You can choose to have the parcel delivered to the Matkahuolto or Post office of your choice. Please note that the Matkahuolto Ovelle parcel does not include a prepayment for the delivery of the parcel. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the customer despite your efforts, the parcel will be delivered to a point of Matkahuolto's choice, where the customer can collect it themselves.



Hopea-Puro will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver the order to your home address or to a delivery point in Finland in accordance with the delivery method you have chosen.

Delivery time

Jewelry will be dispatched for delivery on the same working day if the order is placed before 11 a.m. If the delivery time is longer than normal, we will contact you by phone or email.

N.B! Made by Lotta and jewellery from the Made by Heta collections has a longer delivery time.

 Return terms 

Our products have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy. Products must be unused and unaltered. Returns do not apply to promotional and discounted products. Returns do not apply to extended or otherwise individually tailored jewellery. Please contact us via email before returning your items.

Return is always the customer's responsibility. We do not compensate the customer for broken boxes or jewelry in the transport. So pack the jewelry carefully, e.g. by protecting against bubble wrap. If the enclosures break during transportation, we will charge the customer the price.
