Do you send the goods by cash on delivery?

  • We do not send packages by cash on delivery. Payment methods include invoices (retailers only), online payment, and credit cards.

I paid for my order and the delivery method of the package. How do I know when my package will be available for pick-up?

  • You will be notified of your package arrival by text message or email. Mail arrives directly in your inbox.

Can I pick up my parcel directly from your warehouse? 

  • You can also pick up your order from our warehouse, just let us know the time and date you would like to pick up your order. You can also contact our sales department directly at sales@hopea-puro.com or call 044 242 3327.

The product delivered to me is defective. What should I do?

  • See Warranty & Returns page. 

I didn't get all the products I paid for. What should I do? 

  • Let us know if you have not received all the products you have purchased or if you have received the wrong product. We will send the missing / replacement products post-delivery or refund the total value of the jewelry.

I want to return the product I ordered. Will hopea-puro.com refund the return shipping costs?

  • If you exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the postage incurred in returning yourself. Of course, we will refund you the amount you have paid us for the product if the product is returned within the time limit. In addition, the product must be in the same condition as when it is received. You can read more about this under Warranty & Returns.
